About these terms
This website is operated by AMS Edition, Unit 18 Prospect Park, Cowes, Isle of Wight, PO31 7GJ. By using the site you agree to these terms. AMS Edition is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Aston Martin. Manufacturer and model names are used only to describe which vehicles our parts are intended to fit.
Enquiries and quotes
We do not sell through an online checkout. Submitting an enquiry or adding products to an enquiry list does not create a contract. Any quote we provide is an invitation to discuss your order and is not binding on either party until we have confirmed the order, price and specification to you in writing, for example by email. We may decline an enquiry or withdraw a quote before it is confirmed.
Prices
Prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and no VAT is added, as AMS Edition is not VAT registered. Prices for items marked price on request, optional finishes such as carbon dipping, fitting and delivery are quoted separately. We take care to keep prices accurate, but if an error appears we will tell you before confirming your order.
Made-to-order parts and lead times
Many of our parts are made to order once an order is confirmed. Any lead time we give, including typical manufacturing times shown on product pages, is an estimate and may change because of material supply, finishing processes or workshop demand. We will keep you informed of any significant change.
Fitment and use
Please give us accurate details of your vehicle, including model, year and registration, so we can advise on compatibility. You are responsible for ensuring parts are fitted correctly. We strongly recommend that brakes, wheels and exhaust components are fitted by a suitably qualified technician; fitting is available at our workshop for brake upgrades. Some parts, such as catalytic converter deletes, are intended for off-road or track use only and must not be used on public roads.
Insurance, warranty and MOT
Modifying a vehicle may affect its insurance, any manufacturer or extended warranty, and its ability to pass an MOT, including noise and emissions checks. You should tell your insurer about any modification before driving the car and check the terms of any warranty that applies. It is your responsibility to make sure your vehicle remains roadworthy and legal for the way you use it.
Website content and intellectual property
Text, photographs, designs, logos and other material on this site belong to AMS Edition or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce or use our content commercially without written consent. Product images are for illustration, and finished parts may vary slightly in appearance.
Liability
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general guidance and we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you have a question about these terms, please email info@amsedition.com.
